What's appealing to you about our company?
Within my 7 years of being with the company I have seen employees be given the opportunity to grow into a trainer and management roles from entry level positions. Womack has standards within our franchise that we work together as a team, no one is alone in this journey. Our training program is like no other, once out of training it's hard not to be successful while craving what's next!
What is your "why" for staying with us?
The people. The Womack mission isn't just a statement we take care of our people rather that be employees or customers. We strive to take care of our people with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, benefits, and vacation. The culture that we have built inside the four walls can't be found elsewhere. I show up every day knowing that everyone (Scott, Mike, Josh, Brittany, all the office staff, and my peers) genuinely care about myself, my store, my employees, and my achievements. This isn't a one man show, it takes all of us together to pull off what we do daily. I have seen people come and go, most regret leaving.
